The association serves over 1040 townhouse owners in the following townhouse courts: Basildon; Brittany; Brittany II; Brompton; Drake; Kingsdale; Kipling I; Kipling II; Melanie; Metfield; Norwood; Shakespeare I; Shakespeare II; Shakespeare III; Tanyard; Windsor; Chelsea.
